Is There a Rule and Trade Against Hypocrisy?

I think most governments are for reasons of human nature really bad at zero to one. What China did well is took existing sort of commercial commercially known ideas and products that scaled them up. They don't always succeed and they waste enormous amounts of money in the process. Emily, I'm so tired of here in Washington we get as for yesterday and Abigail Spamberger who are running against each other for a congressional district in Virginia. And you can't be on television for more than 10 minutes without seeing four or five of those ads for both sides. We admit it and say the times and circumstances call for it.
