Find a visionary who isn't using this as an excuse to drop out. Find somebody who communicates pretty well, and tell them your expectations at front. When you were first describing it, i thought, the biggest challenge we've had to live through in the last five years has certainly been the pandemic ut. We had such hard decisions to make about the business and about, you know, bringing people in the office or not, and all those things. But i think we really, again, sared values helped us with that, because we really agreed with all those decisions.
