Is the World Going to Fall Below Repopulation Rate?

Over 50% of the world's population today lives in a country with a below repopulation rate population. People hear this and they're like, "Oh, okay, so birth rates might be collapsing a lot faster" But if you look at the US right now, fertility rates are falling faster for Hispanics, blacks, and Native Americans. The only thing that seems to be protecting some groups of Amish is the ones that don't have cell phones. We will be entering a civilizational period as different within the next 50 years as the modern day is from the medieval period.
