Norfolk Southern's Self-Regulation of the Railroad Industry

The EPA was just watching Norfolk Southern do what they're going to do. It reminded me a lot of the BP oil disaster from the Obama years, where all the decisions were left up to BP. We apparently learned nothing because we're doing the same thing when it comes to rail and God only knows how many other industries. I'm just looking at corporate power becoming greater than governmental power. And that concerns me.
