What Happened in Britannia in 395?
In 395, Britannia was finally part of the Roman Empire again. Theodosius has left the Eastern Empire to his eldest son Arcadius and the Western Empire to his other son Honorius. To us, far in the future, with the benefit of hindsight, this looks like the calm before the storm.
