I'm Not Doing an Lc Partnership, I'd Better See Your Trust if It's a Hold
In any partnership you do, frankly, you're never going to own it. If i see your personal name as a client of mine on any llc partnership, i mean to say, where's your trust if it's a hold? I think i could say that across the board. The only carve out for that may be someone starting an l c new that doesn't have enough income yet,. They don't hav enough revenue where they need the escorp and can add the escorp in later.
