Scaling YC - What You Wish You'd Double Down On

In terms of the efforts to scale YC, like this global geography, there's early and late stage. One is a very clear vision in culture and the other is a reasonably clear org structure. I think we are good on the vision in culture. This idea that YC wants to produce a lot of innovation in the world. And then do that in such a way where we make the future great for everyone, not for seven people.
