There was lots of flammable products around the ames because of the docking and the shipping. And there were a lot of private residences that still had gunpowder in the city because they were worried about another conflict with the royals. This leads to an interesting point. Duing the fire of london, a lot of the locals who had been dispossessed from their homes started to look for a scapegoat. So people thought that these fires were being set deliberately. It led to street violence against local immigrant populations of french and dutch in the streets. People were beaten to death with metal polas. There was a lot of mot violence.
