Facebook bet the business on ARVR, right? They're betting the entire business on this. And who am I to criticize and critique Zuck here, given his success? But let me just say that Holy cow, like, you talk about conviction a lot, or you can talk just about risk. There was a hundred ways in which this could have gone much better for meta in a less risky way. It could have been mitigated in 100 different ways that could have de-risked this while still keeping the cash cow alive.
