Work Over Talent

i think that for all practical purposes, talent is an unuseful concept. It really doesn't mean anything if you're not able or willing to put in the work. The only time i've ever seen talent brought up by somebody, it's in connection with them feeling like they didn't have it. You give me someone who is willing to learn and constantly improving the quality yof the work. There are so many things that that go into being a writer That if you can find some of those skills developed in yourself, that you might have developed in another arena, you can take them into writing and use them to kind of create a foundation.
