How Can Management Connect Better to Employees?

The majority of the reason why people beleave in the first place is because of the relationship with the manager or the boss. So i've found that to be just so much more natural in having a real conversation about what it means to engage. If you can imagine, if you ask everyone in your team to self evaluate where they are in that will fulness,. then it becomes a dialogue. It's not to say the manager has to fix everything. That's not the point at all. But there re things that also that is on the owness of the employee.
