Building Confidence as a Team Leader
As a leader, have you been on the other side of this where you've seen someone who's joined your team that you can tell is maybe struggling with their own feelings of failure or maybe imposter syndrome? And how have you approached that as a team leader? So I don't know if I'd say that I've seen someone join my team where they opened up to me at least about those problems. But I've had people joining my team where I anticipated, I guess, that that could be something that might get in their way. The key for me was just trying to build confidence.
