Can the Stick Become the Carrot?
Neil MacIntosh says it can be a good idea to have some kind of good cop bad cop strategy. The Extinction Rebellion protesters on the train or Swampy in his tunnel, they get people talking. But Neil asks: Can the stick become the carrot? Over time, the villain can become the hero. Protest is a democratic right in many places, but it doesn't always mean it's easy to exercise.
