The Future of Retail Investments

We are very selective about the type of retail that we will invest in. We certainly do not own any malls in our portfolio. I think more of the traditional enclosed malls have been going through a pretty difficult time over the last several years. In our current portfolio, we also have pretty limited exposure to retail. The type of retail we tend to focus on is really your necessity retail. But think more of your grocery anchored centers or pharmacy anchored centers.
