How to Deal With Grievances in Your Firm
Kossen: I started asking, well, what is it about the practice of law that makes it so hard because all of them said the same thing was stressful. He says he wants to take those things away and then we'll have a better way to practice. Kossen: People don't mind going to court; people don't mind doing a closing or a contract. It's the business of practicing law eventually that drives them down.
