connor hasn't actually met with tom hanks in person since that visit during the final days of castaway, but he has been in touch. He's always had an interestb all my good art and stories. I'm out of love, eventually, to take what i've actually experienced in the war and somehow bring that to film as best as i can. Like our if not me, i would like to see more people that are combat vets from the recent wars that are able to get on screen and portray what they've seen there.
