The Seasonal Pullback in Sellers Listing

In markets that people are spending the summer months in, I think yes. Do I think South Florida is going to see an increase in listings in the summer? I do not. June, July, and August are going to be higher new listing months than we've seen so far in quarter one in the beginning of quarter two in this year. So there have been some anecdotal instances where the second half of the year will outpace the first year. It's not the norm. This is out of 21 years of practicing real estate. And we're seeing it 10% of the time, two years. If you get an interest rate closer to six, which were under six a long ways away
