Is the Will a Causal Force?
The world viewed from inside, the world defined according to its intelligible character would be will to power and nothing else. For Nietzsche it's the will itself rather than rational, deliberative intellect that causes our actions. This is in Wilte Power number 619, quote, the victorious concept force by means of which our physicists have created God in the world still needs to be completed. An inner will must be ascribed to powers i.e. an insatiable desire to manifest power,. whereas of power as a creative drive etc.
