The Role of David Lynch in Belinda

I feel like David Lynch's films exist in that strange space of, like, what is happening? What did I just look at? It would be artful if we, like, brought in a David Lynch-type figure to really help. The characters faces from the artwork on the book, at least from the ones that you can purchase in U.S., are very recognisable. There's a lot of people in Los Angeles that look like those characters. You can find many Belinda's in the city of Los Angeles, not so shockingly.
