The Duality Symmetries of Strength Theory
The standard model has three different forces that turn out to be in three different phases of gauge theory, namely the colon phase, the confining phase and the higs phase. So this is sort of the fort sint nowit had, it had sort of two variants, which turns out there are various additional symmetries that strink theory has called duality symetries. We're just sort of like playing games, playing mathematical games, piecing together things that we already know how to build as theoretical models," he says.
