How to Measure Customer Churn in Mailchimp

Mailchimp's ticket size is also close to $30, $40, $50 entry level ticket. So since ours was not like that so I don't know maybe it is different because of that. We have about 3.5% month on month churn and these customers. In account management customer we have very low churn which is about half a person. But in the normal non-accompliant customers which we call as velocity sales we have high churn there.
