The Decline of Productivity Growth in India

productivity growth has been nose diving since 2015-16. And do we know why that might be happening? Why the productivity Growth has been coming down? Yeah. At the heart of it is the unemployment thing was my shown in the data also that the total number of people employed in manufacturing in India has fallen from over 51 million in 2016-17 to less than 36 million at the end of last financial year That is at March 2023. So there are multiple factors here some may not know some may decide even so not to do it because it doesn't make economic sense for them.
