How Do You Go From Assistant to Head Coach?
As an assistant, you can kind of live in an idea world where you're just coming up with ideas for the head coach. But as a head coach, you dhedn't have to be the decision maker. When i try to tell my guys, it's number one, throw as much at me as possible, because i need to hear it from a different perspective. And all those perspectives are beneficial, and i want to hear em.
