Sancho is kind of an idiot. He does have moments of self-awareness, but he's kind of a doofus. Sancho wanders up before they encounter Don Quixote and this part threw me for a loop. I think I thought that Sancho was privy to the princess squire plan. It doesn't really close. The priest just didn't want to dress up like a woman before he had to. And then lo and behold, they found an actual woman.

In Episode 6, Don Quixote takes the backseat for a few more chapters. We have to close the book on Cardenio's Crew, finish the story of the Two Friends, and meet a few more ancillary characters who just love this inn.
