The Rhetoric of the Chinese Real Estate Market
Chinese authorities have changed their rhetorical stance on speculation in Chinese real estate. Even though they will not support it with money, you will no longer be chased like a dog in the market. And I think now they are really committing to say, we're going to keep the housing sector. But still, we could sort of embark on the start of a trap here in case that they don't back it.
