The Importance of a Broader Readout of Inflammatory Status

The fermented food group you saw on the aggregate a reduction in some of these inflammatory markers. So what was causing that? That's kind of the million dollar question. And so we're testing in the lab using a mouse model whether lactic acid can have an outsized impact as one of the prime microbial metabolites, and fermented foods that seem to have a big impact on gut microbiome diversity.
