In some ways, things haven't changed significantly right we're still seeing real attachment to the sort of failed drug war policies of the past. There was I think a moment where harm reduction which had been so vilified for so long got some attention and there's been some education of the public around harm reduction strategies. We saw the first ever sort of federal money being allocated for harm reduction. The opening of the first ever right overdose prevention centers in New York. But that policy thrust of harm reduction is not widespread and is still remains very, very challenging fight.
