When the person who has the most power in the room starts to speak, everyone starts to orient themselves around that person. And so one of the leadership techniquesas you know, is to then lean back and let things happen. The way i might reframe that for a client is, let's read if i'm happy too, organic and productive, right? Ok? I didn't get everything i wanted,. but i was respected. Ah, my objectives were clearly addressed. I was treated with reit with respect, you know.
