How to Encourage Untested, Unseasoned Teachers to Teach

When he was the senior lead teacher on biblical theology, I taught it three or four times. Every year we've got somebody in the church planning to teach through the book of Genesis. Do you encourage untested, unseasoned teachers to teach? We'll sometimes try out some pretty untested guys that we think would have potential if they have interest and desire to do it.
