Do Arobic Exercise With Dieting and Fat Loss?

But dieting and doing arobic exercise does mitigate to some degree, the amount of muscle loss. So what should be happening is dietary control coupled with an emphasis on getting enough protein and strength training in order to preserve that muscle mass.
