The can you fix our organizational culture is because it's the only one that hopped out as a broad question. I found tit when i wrote give and take, i actually learned more about the topicsi was studying than just doing research on it. It forced me to synthesize lots of different kinds of ideas, and also to go and meet people who were living the principles i'd been studying. And so i wanted to go through that learning exercise again.
