Atomic Clocks Are Not Going to Be a Forever Option

Atoms were counting what a second was back in 19 57. A second is now slightly different, but that atom has not changed. The time it takes for an electron to rotate inside of an atom does not change and is not constant. Those things are in tension with one another, and so we can't use one to measure the other. Because the value is imprecise and andchanging.
