How Much Should You Pay Yourself as a Gym Owner?
Team member and rent are the two largest, especially for brick and mortar. If you can go less than 25%, then for sure, do that. As long as your team is being taken care of, I am not a proponent of anybody squeezing the life out of somebody just because you're greedy and want to make higher margins. Robie: "I like 15% for owners pay"
