How to Scale Your Sales Organization

After COVID hired salesperson, then you went back to founder-led sales. We now again have a sales rep who handles all of our discovery and post calls and the pipeline and the pipeline management. So we have two people who kind of handle that core function. I'm on any closing calls. For us, we still say, hey, we need to partner with the right clients. And you also need to know that we are boutique. So I can't remove myself completely from it if that is the messaging we're putting forward. It's unfortunate side, but I can automate and manage with the sales team, all of the other steps before then.
