What Is the Uncertainty?

In contrast with the golf course experience, there's no uncertainty in the graduate school experience. And what i'm taking away from that is, partly, you know, the uncertainty lives in your own mind. So it's not just that the external world has to give you evidence that there's something that's wrong. Your internal world is now constantly telling you that something is wrong. That ambiguity forces a lot of churn on te in the internal psychological world.
