Women of Color and Forging Power
The book is about women of color and finding power, forging power. Until two years ago, until george floyd's murder, we weren't able to talk about race at work. The idea that anything that has come before can be undone and re done. And i also think this is where it's not just upon women of color. So i wrote this book for women of color, but imian to share with you that it's a lot of allies, white leaders, men and women who are picking it up as well.
