The five major personality types are openness, conscientiousness, extroversion, agreeableness, and neuroticism. People tend to compensate for that thinking it's a weakness by being more assertive or more dominant. For example, many people with high real wellness are very afraid to kick off the conflict. But there is also some middle ground, something which is really uncomfortable but you could be quite capable of doing it.
