Chronos, a workforce management company, had 40 million people in over 100 countries. It took Chronos quite some time to kind of recover and deal with it. Ransomware is when computer systems become infected with a malicious software. If you don't have a policy in place that defines who those people are, then you're basically going to have to recover from scratch at the worst possible moment.
