The Impossible Conversation

LZ Granderson: The construction of anti conversational infrastructure doesn't that raise a particular problem about today, which makes it difficult to have those impossible conversations. He says if somebody wants to reduce you to your immutable characteristics or someone wants to just not even engage and discourse whatsoever, you are facing a unique problem. LZ: You really want to do as much as you can to not make the relationship adversarial and position the interaction and the engagement is one of a true safe space and conversation.
