I don't have data on intermittent fasting or coloric restriction. Our diploma diet is looking at 12 hours versus 16 hours, and the differential effects. I think 16 is better, five times a week, better than 12. Sleep is superimportant i'm getting adequate sleep. You age terribly when you're not sleeping well. The there's a lot of component sleep. Everything that you describe to this woman is quot onqo life style based. It all has to do with modifying how she eats, drinks, exercises, sleeps and manages stress. What that makes me wonder is, when we see the incidents and prevalence of alshimer's disease to day higher than it was forty years ago
