Uniswap X is not generally available but it's open to an opt-in beta right now. The idea is that you broadcast, hey, I have this much of one token. Give me as many of the tokens that I want in the place that I want. And then the free market competes to service provide for that. But that being a third party service provider is permissionless. So anyone can be that. There's not one canonical thirdparty service provider. It's the free market. When the free market is competing, that is decentralization in my mind.
