How to Overcome Chronic Stress

Chronic stress is overstimulating us and so when we feel uncomfortable as a result of it, even if it's just mentally or emotionally uncomfortable, we try to seek relief from it. Fogginess of thinking, difficulty thinking, difficulty feeling feelings, seeking desire to numb ourselves are the first signs that we see. When we actually look at the stress as a signal that something is a rye or something's not right then all of a sudden we can transform what might be long-term suffering on one hand into actual tremendous growth and success as human being.
