Is There a Deep Connection With New Bridges?
There's a long history of kind of racist infrastructure, right? And we can think about the Hill District in Pittsburgh. They built a hockey rink there and things. Lots of parts of the interstate highway system in the 50s and 60s were basically built through black neighborhoods. It turned out to actually remove that footprint, you have to displace all these other proximate infrastructures that block it in.
