Putin and the Use of Tactical Nuclear Weapons in Ukraine
I don't think we are about to see the use of tactical nuclear weapons in the very near future. But if he's really up against it and backed into a corner, I don't think anything should be completely ruled out. The real problem with Ukraine is that Ukrainians understandably very bravely, very courageously are determined to push the Russians back. They have no interest in negotiations at this point and they want to win.
