You Made a Difference

When i went to boomblacks and started working with lu, he was an excellent mentor in the very specific way. And so i really learned how to manage a individual tasks to success but also to help an engineer create a time in their schedule by giving them an extra machine that they worked on while they were waiting for their buills to bake. The art of like, creating a sticky board with like daily chuck ends, it wasn't just running a scrum. It was building momentum on specific features and having a team wide conversation about those features.
