The Importance of Partnerships in Innovation
Thad: It's not always about the KPIs. That is really getting out of the legacy minds that are saying, we need the next quarter happen and innovation can happen that way even though we can implement against next quarter. The second one is obviously, how do you bring the outside innovation? So how do you work through partnerships? I like this example because, you know, Sundap Pichai is a CEO of Google about three years ago, he said the future of Google is AI. You know what's interesting too, and I think that you may find this to be something that you see as well as I start thinking about how we talk about data or implementing technology strategies.
