The Importance of Stakes

I just think I read a lot of scripts that do a lot of things right and then completely ignore things. Like nothing's at stake. And in this movie, every single scene, like if the goals aren't achieved, then their lives could never go back to the way they were before it. It does a really good job of keeping it personal and the world. It makes it broad and personal. In some ways, his decision in the beginning of the movie lays blame. But that's where it's really a personal thing. There's guilt flipping off the whole movie. Yeah.
