The Stroke Rate Ram Test

I'll typically take them to a point which might be anywhere in the order of around about 15 to 20 strokes per minute quicker than where they were at the start of it. What we can then find is a real clear sweet spotUsually becomes quite apparent where the summer is both feeling good, reporting that they're feeling good.
