Is There a Difference Between Insolent Resistance and Hyperglycemia?

There's some controversy about exactly how to define this wnthr. A lot of different definitions floating around t kind of my favorite one would involve four basic pieces. High osmolality, hyperglycemia, absence of dramatic keto asdosis and insolent resistance. The last bit is that the patient should be clinically unwell. And if they're otherwise clinically doing great, they don't need those things.
