How to Find Mentors Outside of Your Network

Most of my mentors are not from within my field of work, and that might actually be why they're valuable to me. I think about mentorship in more of a human sense, and reflecting back problems in a different way where i can solve them differently. In terms of industry mentors, mean, there there are so many people who are excited and hungry to help others in their career paths. And i would say just, you know, send emales to the people who you trust, and ask them to introduce you to maybe one more layer of connection, some one they know.
